Linda’s sessions are specifically designed for the mature individual with special attention on bones, joints, posture, spinal health, strength, flexibility and deep relaxation. Linda teaches a holistic approach to health. Her physical sessions are designed to be preventative and rehabilitative, slowing down and reversing the aging process.

Each week Linda’s lessons cover a different topic that speak to the attitudes of this stage of life.
